Support the festival and you’ll get early access booking options and 10 walking spots!
Many of our Festival goers have told us that they would love to support the Festival with a financial contribution, so we have introduced the Friends of the Waiheke Walking Festival Program, limited to 100 members only.
The Waiheke Walking Festival relies on grants and sponsorship to make it happen each year, yet we still run at a loss.
The Friends membership fee is $100, to help improve the long-term financial stability of the Festival. As a thank you, we give you 10 walking spots (only 6 for the general public).
And – Friends receive early access to booking to all of the walks. Bookings for the general public go live on 1 October 2021. Friends can book in mid-September. This gives you a great opportunity to book on to the walks you want.
