We are proud to include a walk that brings you back to our historical Stony Batter tunnels after a 6 year closure.

Join us for a wander through the 8 million-year-old boulders of Stony Batter followed by a subterranean adventure exploring Auckland’s biggest building – yes, the tunnels are longer than 4x the height of the Sky Tower! Bring a BYO picnic to enjoy after your adventure.

Price includes access to tunnels and $10 premium walk fee. Optional return charter bus available for $40pp. Select this option below if needed.

Two-way charter bus from Matiatia to Stony Batter via Oneroa, Surdale, Ostend and Onetangi for walk start. The bus will depart Stony Batter at 2.30pm via the same stops back to Matiatia.
